Editorial: Despite tuition hike, UT still a bargain

Students at the University of Tennessee's Knoxville campus will be paying an extra 12 percent on their tuition bills next year, plus an additional $100 in fees each semester, if the UT Board of Trustees approves the administration's recommendation Thursday.
